Small Group Training
Harvest training is for lacrosse players driven to take their game to a higher level. Our program matches a player’s intensity with small group, position-based instruction built on a next-level training curriculum. Our goal is measurable improvement through high repetitions and a focus on the smaller details.
Fall and winter programs consist of weekly training with our offensive, defensive or goalie coaches. Each week consists of one (1) 60-minute training session. Our recommended group size is 4 players. Groups will train at the same scheduled time and location each week.
