Individual Training

Harvest provides an opportunity for student-athletes to train individually. We provide training sessions for all positions. One of the benefits of our position-specific training sessions is the one on one evaluation provided to the player. We break down every movement allowing us to focus on every aspect of the players’ game.

Through high-intensity drills and constant repetitions, we will be able to reinforce the proper lacrosse fundamentals, which, we believe, is the basis of all lacrosse movements.

We also provide player-coach mentoring sessions where we teach the core values of Harvest and how to apply them to the player’s personal life. We focus on and discuss how living a principled life can have exponential benefits, on and off the field. This type of individual session can be incorporated into a training session upon request, or scheduled separately.
