Year-Round Events
Academics
We place a strong emphasis on academics through our Harvest Honors program, which recognizes and celebrates academic achievements. Our goal is to inspire others to work diligently and maintain a strong work ethic both on and off the field.
TEAM BUILDING & COMMUNITY SERVICE
Throughout the year, we organize team-building events to bring everyone together in various settings, fostering strong team relationships.
Community service is a core part of our program, and we are committed to staying actively involved in organizations within the Rochester area. By helping those in need and giving back, we cultivate a spirit of selflessness and service among our players.
Skill Training
We firmly believe in the benefits of year-round positional skill training. Each seasonal program offers a structured, high-tempo curriculum designed to maximize repetitions. Our goal is to help athletes learn and master new movement patterns while addressing and correcting any bad habits.
WE VALUE PRACTICE
We believe that practice is the cornerstone of both individual and team success. Our players benefit from well-planned and organized sessions designed to enhance both individual and team skills, elevating the overall level of play for our teams.
In addition to our team coaches, we staff face-off and goalie specific coaches to help accelerate the development of players in those positions.

We are thrilled to see our Harvest players thrive in lacrosse careers across all collegiate levels—whether at Division 1, 2, 3, club programs, or through exceptional high school experiences.
