Winter Launch Training

This program is designed specifically for kindergarten and first-grade players starting youth lacrosse. Focused on core fundamentals, the program provides a fun, supportive environment where experienced coaches emphasize player development by building confidence, coordination, and a love for the sport. Players will wear full pads.
