Winter Micro Training

The Ultimate Introduction to the Sport

Our Micro training program teaches basic lacrosse skills in a one-of-a-kind, safe environment. We focus on building players' confidence through a unique curriculum that allows kids to be introduced to lacrosse in a fun and exciting way.

Micro is run by enthusiastic, professional educators with a passion for youth sports! All of our staff have been trained on our curriculum.

Open to all players that want to learn lacrosse, no experience needed. Each week consists of one (1) 60-minute training session at an indoor turf field.
