RBLL
RBLL: Instructional Box Lacrosse League (Winter)
The Rochester Box Lacrosse League (RBLL) is offering a winter box league with individual player registration. Spots are limited for each division, so early registration is encouraged. The league is open to players from all clubs and school programs, and welcomes all skill levels.
Unlike most leagues, this program includes both instruction and gameplay. Each week, players receive 45 minutes of box lacrosse training followed by 45 minutes of gameplay. We prioritize ample training time to ensure players develop the correct techniques and strategies.

Why Box?
It’s fast, physical, and fun! We offer expert coaching, an elite curriculum, and a top-tier box lacrosse experience.
Box lacrosse is high-paced with a 30-second shot clock, smaller goals, and more touches for players compared to field lacrosse. These features foster quicker decision-making, play in tight spaces, creativity, and overall lacrosse skill development.
While field lacrosse often involves specialization, box lacrosse requires players to excel in both offense and defense, promoting comprehensive player development.
